'2022 KT&G Asian Students’ Venture Forum' Guidance on Recruitment of Student judge

○ Period and Schedule

   - Recruitment period: February 3 – March 3(4:00 p.m.)

   - Selection period: March 4 – March 15

   - Date of results announcement: March 16

   - Date of preliminary test: March 30 at 2:00 p.m. (scheduled date) / online connection test

   - Date of the event (screening): March 31, 2022 (Thursday) at 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (scheduled date)

   ❇ The above schedule may be slightly changed depending on the situation.

   ❇ The above schedule is all based on KST (Korea Standard Time).

○ Qualification for Volunteer

   - A college (graduate school) student without restrictions on his/her nationality, gender, and place of residence.

   - A person who watches the online livestream broadcast of Asian Students Venture Form,which will be proceeded on March 31 (8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.),

     and who can carry out evaluation proceeding

   - A person who is willing to listen to the participants’ venture idea presentations (English)

   - A person who usually has a lot of interest in venture idea competitions

   - Preference will be given to those who have a similar experience

   ※ A person whose qualification as a college (graduate school) student is maintained until March 31, 2022

    (expected graduates of February 2022 are excluded)

○ Activity Details

   - After watching Asia Students’ Venture Form International Competition, which is to be proceeded on March 31st, 2022;

     the score evaluation will be proceeded for the participating teams.

   ► Progress Method: evaluation is to be proceeded after viewing the presentation videos and Q/A process/ZOOM is to be utilized.

     1. Presentation of each participant and viewing of Q/A process

     2. Screening is to be proceeded for 1 minute after each presentation is finished.

○ Reception Method

   - Submission of application form and certificate of enrollment via e-mail  (asvf123@naver.com)

○ Selection Procedure

   - Random selection is to be made after reviewing qualification based on information specified in the application form and documentary evidence.

○ Details of Benefits

   - KRW 30,000 for each participant is to be paid as screening benefit (paid with Korean won (KRW), and the hosting company will bear the remittance charge).

   - Screening group activity confirmation letter is to be issued (to be transmitted as a pdf file).

   - Prizes will be granted to 15 people from the screening group through selection process.

○ Precautions

   - We request only those who are able to participate in the screening session through online on the date of

     the event to apply for it (substitute attendance is prohibited).

     Since the event period is very long, we only request those who can participate for a long time to volunteer for it.

   - All the schedules announced are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).

   - If you do not proceed the evaluation in accordance with the defined schedule, you will not be granted with the notified benefits.

   - All copyrights (including adaptation right) for footage materials (photos/videos) containing in-person performance, portrait, voice, name, etc.

     which can use/distribute these materials for the purpose of promoting this event.
