Recruitment of '2023 KT&G Above Asia Students’ Venture Forum (AASVF)' Student judge

○ Period and Schedule

   - Recruitment period: February 14 – March 10 (5:00 p.m.)

   - Selection period: March 11 - 12, 2023

   - Date of results announcement: March 13, 2023

   - Date of the event : March 30, 2023 (Thursday) at 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (scheduled date)

   - Venue of the event : Korea Economic Daily 

○ Activity Details

   - After review of the AASVF International Competition; the score evaluation will be proceeded for the participating teams 

   * The score you evaluated will be reflected in the competition.

   ► Progress Method: evaluation is to be proceeded after viewing the presentation and videos.

     1. Viewing the presentation of each participant team.

     2. Screening is to be proceeded for 2 minute after each presentation is finished.

○ Qualification for Volunteer

   - A college (graduate school) student without restrictions on his/her nationality, gender, and place of residence. (* Koreans are not allowed to apply.)

   - A person who attend the AASVF, which will be proceeded on March 30 (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.), and who can carry out evaluation proceeding.

   - A person who is willing to listen to the participants’ venture idea presentations. (English)

   - A person who usually has a lot of interest in venture idea competitions.

   - A person who wants to have a special experience in Korea.

   - Preference will be given to those who have a similar experience.

  ※ A person whose qualification as a college (graduate school) student is maintained until April 2, 2023 (expected graduates of February 2023 are excluded)

○ Reception Method

   - Submission of application form and certificate of enrollment via e-mail  ( asvf123@naver.com )

○ Selection Procedure

   - Random selection is to be made after reviewing qualification based on information specified in the application form and documentary evidence.

○ Details of Benefits

   - KRW 100,000 for each participant is to be paid as screening benefit (paid with Korean won (KRW), and the hosting company will bear the remittance charge).

   - Screening group activity confirmation letter is to be issued (to be transmitted as a pdf file).

○ Precautions

   - Only those who can participate in the screening session on the event day can apply

     (substitute attendance is prohibited)

   - It is impossible to leave the event in the middle of the event, and only those who can participate in the entire event can apply.

   - If you do not proceed the evaluation in accordance with the defined schedule, you will not be granted with the notified benefits.

   - All copyrights (including adaptation right) for footage materials (photos/videos) containing in-person performance, portrait, voice, name, etc.

     which can use/distribute these materials for the purpose of promoting this event.
